Continental Plumbing finished services after 5 p.m. yesterday. They were able to relight everyone who notified the main office in advance. Any resident who may need assistance with gas may contact a plumber. If you would like to use Continental Plumbing, you can call them directly at 956-250-5668.

The plumbers are still working on the property with relighting pilots. I will send a message when they have left the property.

Our contractors may begin working Friday/Monday, weather permitting. As of now, we do not plan to cut off access to any streets. There may be redirection on the streets, so please be aware and cautious and you drive and walk the property. The areas we are working on are the north side of the shuffle board area in the parking lot, the area at the stop sign outside the main office, and at the main entrance. The gate upgrade will not be a part of this project, so it will come at a later date.

If additional updates are needed, I will provide them as soon as possible.

The gas project is finishing up earlier than anticipated. This means the plumber will be leaving much earlier than 2 p.m. If you have not contacted us to have your gas pilot restored, let the main office know as soon as possible. Everyone who reached out to the office, the plumber will be knocking on your door this morning to restore gas to your unit. The job we did today means we are up to code, better prepared for emergencies, and we should not have to cut gas in the future.

It is important to note, once the plumber leaves, we will not have access to help with pilots. Any resident that will need this help will need to contact a plumber.

Pool: The new pool cleaning schedule has been updated. Cleanings will be every Monday and Thursday, 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. The pool will be closed during this time weekly. Please plan all activities around this time. This is a contracted service scheduled to begin April 15, 2021.

Policies: The Resort Policies, Guidelines, & Standards have been uploaded to the blog site. You can find the guide under “Resort Forms” at the top of this page. Printed copies will be available for pickup at the Main Office between 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. today, and during business hours weekdays. We will provide one (1) printed copy per household/lot. Any future revisions will be uploaded to the blog site.

We will look to schedule a meeting to address all questions and concerns.

As a heads up, there will be work on our main gas line Thursday. Gas will be on and off between 8 a.m. – Noon. Once gas service has been restored, we will have a plumber on site available as needed until 2 p.m. to help relight pilots. Please contact the Main Office today or Wednesday by 3 p.m. to let us know if you will need pilot lighting assistance so we can add you to our list for the plumber to go by. We have a couple of leaks on the property that were reported this afternoon. As a result, in order to repair, we will need to shut off the main water. Water will be turned off 3pm-4pm today. We anticipate having the repair fixed earlier, but no later than 4pm.
