We ask that anyone wishing to hold organized activities in the public spaces and buildings of the resort submit the following forms for review prior to holding your event or activity. This is to ensure that we are all following protocols and providing the safest possible environment for each other.
Step 1: Please keep the maximum room occupancies in mind when planning your activity or event. The maximum allowable number of people in the spaces is based on State and County orders. These numbers may increase or decrease based on changes in county health classifications. These numbers are posted at the entry of each individual space within our buildings.
Step 2: Complete the following form:
Please read the form carefully to ensure that you and your group are following the protocols outlined on the form. Please allow the Association president to review and sign. This is to confirm the date and time is available and the best way to receive information about the event for residents. The Main Office will have the final approval in all requests.
