For those of you that signed up for the Vipers Basketball game on January 27, 2022. Hilda will be collecting the payment starting tomorrow in the Main Hall at 10:00AM-12:00pm then on Friday at the Library at 10:00AM-12:00PM. Forms of acceptable payment will be cash or check, make the check payable to: Vipers Basketball, LLC.

For those who will Dine In (RED Tickets):

3:30 Doors will open (Enter through North East or South East doors of the Main Hall) Present your ticket in order to enter, you will turn in your ticket at the serving line, not at the doors.

4:00 Start serving of food. Tables/rows will be called on to take turns at the line.

There will be music, some prizes, any game(s) being presented will be on a voluntary basis on participation. For sure there will be a pinata that residents will be able to guess how many candies are in that pinata and win a prize.

Take Out option (BLUE & RED Ticket):

The location of the take out line will be outside the South West door area of the Main Hall. Present the amount of tickets and an Encore employee will give out the required amount of plates.

Normal Hours will will resume on Tuesday January 18th from 8:00am-4pm

For the people that signed up for the Welcome Back Dinner on Saturday, pick up your tickets with Hilda at the Main hall Thursday starting at 10AM-12PM or Friday in the Library starting at 10AM-12PM.

The Menu will be: Enchiladas , Carne guisada, rice, beans, and a dessert. The beverage will be of water or iced tea.

We are at max capacity for Welcome Back, there will be a togo option available for those who did not get to sign up, which will also be limited as well. This is Trails End first Welcome Back with Encore, with this years response we’ll be able to determine the needs for the upcoming years. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

The last day to sign up for the Welcome Back Dinner will be this Friday January 7, 2022. The Dinner is going to take place in the Main Hall on January 15, 2022 at 4:00PM. The theme is Fiesta! Sign Up is located inside the Card Hall. -Activity Director

If a contractor says they are having an issue with the new code, please ensure they are using # and not the *. This has been the number 1 reason for limited access for contractors. As a reminder, please limit access with this code. It is only meant for contractors. This should not be given to any friends, guest, family, or visitors. Each resident has their own 4-digit number for this (personal entry code).
