We had a blower stolen from our maintenance shop two weeks ago. It’s a serious matter, and we are taking every possible step to find the culprit. If anyone has information about someone entering our shop who is not part of our staff, please come forward. We have filed a police report, and we will not hesitate to take legal action against the perpetrator. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I want to inform you that a new office manager, Rosa Alamanza, has been hired for the office. I am pleased to let you know that she has accepted the position and will be taking on her responsibilities from now on.
