Dear Residents,

I am pleased to inform you that our community gates are now officially closed, enhancing our security measures. If you have not yet activated your remote access devices or if you do not have a gate access code, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

For those who are expecting guests, please inform them that they can use the keypad at the entrance to search for your name. Once they find your name, they can dial it, which will initiate a call to the phone number you have registered with the gate system. It’s important to note that once you receive this call, you will need to press option 9 on your phone to grant entry to your guest. If you decide not to allow them in, simply hang up the call, and they will not gain access.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide you with detailed information regarding the upcoming transition to our new keypad system, which aims to enhance the security and accessibility of our facilities.

Please be informed that the existing gate code will undergo a change once we have successfully programmed all the new access codes for each resident. Once this programming is complete, we will reach out to you individually to provide your unique and personalized gate access code. This new system is designed to ensure that each resident has a secure and efficient means of entry.

As we process your information into our new system, you may receive a preliminary code. It is important to note that you should disregard this interim code for the time being, as further instructions will be provided to guide you through the transition.

Additionally, I would like to clarify that the existing remotes you have will remain unchanged and will continue to function as they currently do. For your convenience, please be aware that the gates will remain open and fully accessible until Monday to allow for a smooth transition.

The pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance and cleaning from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday. During this time, our staff will conduct a thorough cleaning process to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all users. 

We kindly request that all patrons refrain from using the pool during these hours, as the presence of individuals in the water will hinder our cleaning efforts and potentially extend the duration of the maintenance. Your understanding and compliance with this policy are greatly appreciated, as they contribute to a safe and pleasant swimming environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
