As you may know we are currently having issues with our gates. Our exit gate was hit once again. This is a final notice to all residents.

 If we see you coming through the exit side, you will be fined

$25.00 1^st violation 

$50.00  2^nd violation 

$75.00  3^rd violation 

$100.00 4^th violation 

We will not waive any fees for anyone!

Let’s be mindful of our gates and use the proper gates to enter and exit the Resort.
