1. Starting Monday, November 7 brush will be picked up twice a week on Mondays & Thursdays. If you want to request brush pickup on a different day other than Mondays & Thursdays, contact the main office. The fee for this as needed service is $10. Please make sure brush/stumps are cut into small pieces.
2. Trash/garbage dumpsters are for resident use only.
3. Contractors are PROHIBITED to dispose any brush or material in any dumpster on the resort.  Contractors must haul off brush, material and debris resulting from work directed by you. 

The spa is temporarily out of order. Thank you for your understanding while we work to resolve this issue.

If a contractor says they are having an issue with the new code, please ensure they are using # and not the *. This has been the number 1 reason for limited access for contractors. As a reminder, please limit access with this code. It is only meant for contractors. This should not be given to any friends, guest, family or visitors. Each resident has their own 4-digit number for this (personal entry code).

The pump in the pool is in need of some repairs and we are working on getting these repairs done. Because of the pump that is not working properly it is causing a chemical imbalance in the pool. The pool/spa will be closed today and will reopen tomorrow at 2pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
