The new code for Contractors will be #9626. This will go into effect today at 8a.m.
If the contractor says they are having an issue with the new code, please ensure they are using # not *. This has been the #1 reason for limited access for contractors. As a reminder, please limit access with this code. It is meant for contractors. This should no be given to any friends, family, guest, or visitors. Each resident has their own 4-digit number for this (Personal Entry Code).

We are pleased to announce the pool will reopen tomorrow morning 10/21/21 at 8:00 am. As you may have seen, some underground repair work was completed which necessitated that the portions of the pool deck be demolished and rebuilt. Drains were added to help move water out of the pool area. Chair lifts were added to the pool and spa for those with accessibility needs. Please contact the main office during normal business hours so that we can provide instructions for use. Thank you for your patience during this project.

We have been advised by the City of Weslaco that there is a main water line break near the park affecting Texas Blvd all the way to Westgate. This is causing very low water pressure throughout the park. They are unable to give an estimated time of resolution but they have let us know that repair is already underway. Hopefully they will be expeditious.
