Atkinson Propane has chosen not to service the resort due to the low number of service requests and their distance of travel. Andy’s Propane is still our preferred vendor, but residents are free to contract their own propane provider. Here are a few listings that we have found in close proximity to the resort.

What is Early Bird you ask?

Early Bird is the best opportunity to get your preferred site for next season, at the best rate available, before the general public!

This presentation is intended for seasonal RV’ers who are interested in booking for next season. We will discuss next season’s Early Bird rates and how to book them.

For those who choose not to attend, we will upload the presentation and the reservation forms on this website after the meeting.

There will be no patio sale in February, the park wide patio will be on March 12. We will not be able to accommodate the needs to execute a park wide sale for the month of February. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

If a contractor says they are having an issue with the new code, please ensure they are using # and not the *. This has been the number 1 reason for limited access for contractors. As a reminder, please limit access with this code. It is only meant for contractors. This should not be given to any friends, guest, family, or visitors. Each resident has their own 4-digit number for this (personal entry code).

In regards to the Vipers Basketball game. The bus will pick up those that signed up at 4:00PM at the Main Hall. Below I have added their Bag Policy and Safety Measures(the link below the bag policy) for the Arena.

For those who have reported delivery issues with Andy’s propane, we have scheduled another vendor to stop by the resort tomorrow. Please call them to schedule a refill at your site. Here is their info:

Hello everyone! Edith & Diego will be here at Trails on Friday January 28, 2022 for our Happy Hour!!!!! Happy Hour is from 3:30-5:30, our performers will be here for only 1 hour since they have a performance at a different location. This will be a Pass the Hat event. Come on out and enjoy!
