This notice serves as an important reminder regarding the enforcement of our community’s speed limit. It is essential to recognize that speeding within our residential area is strictly prohibited, with a clearly established speed limit of 15 miles per hour. This regulation is designed to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals, including both residents and visitors, who navigate our streets.

Exceeding the speed limit poses considerable risks, including the potential for accidents that could endanger pedestrians, and pets. By adhering to the 15 mph limit, you play a vital role in creating a safer environment that reflects our community’s values of responsibility and care.

We sincerely appreciate your diligence in following these regulations and your ongoing commitment to maintaining the safety and tranquility of our neighborhood. Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this significant issue.

While you were gone , we have been busy

I hope this message finds you all doing well! I’m excited to share some awesome updates about the improvements we’ve made in our community while you were away. Here’s a look at the great changes that are now in place:

Card Hall, Pool Hall, and Multipurpose Room:

  • New Roof: We’ve put in a whole new roof on these facilities with high-quality, weather-resistant materials, so you can relax knowing they’re well-protected.
  • Updated Bulletin Boards: Our bulletin boards got a fresh, modern look, making it super easy for you to keep up with community activities.
  • Refreshed Card Tables: The small round card tables have been restored, creating a nice vibe for games and social hangouts.

Office Areas:

  • New Roof: Check out the brand-new roof over the office and library areas, making everything more energy-efficient and looking good!
  • Stylish Pergola: We’ve added a beautiful pergola in the swimming pool area where you can chill in the shade.
  • Lift Chair Upgrades: The remotes and batteries for the lift chairs in the spa and pool have been replaced, so everyone can enjoy those amenities easily.
  • Dynamic Bulletin Board: We’ve spruced up the office bulletin board with eye-catching displays for upcoming events, making it easier for you to connect with the community.
  • Office Refresh: A new coat of paint has given our office a warm and inviting feel for all visitors.

Street Lighting Improvements:

  • LED Street Lights: We replaced three old street lights with bright, energy-efficient LED lights, seriously boosting visibility and safety around our community.
  • Pothole Repairs: Our maintenance crew has been hard at work fixing potholes to keep our roads safe and smooth.

Maintenance Shop Upgrades:

  • New Security Fence: We’ve put up a brand new fence around the maintenance shop, improving both security and looks.
  • Durable Doors: The maintenance shop now has new weather-resistant doors that are built to last and easy to use.

RV Restroom Improvements:

  • New AC Unit: The air conditioning in the RV restroom has been upgraded, so it’s nice and comfy for everyone.
  • Shower Upgrades: We’ve replaced the shower head and plumbing in the RV restroom for better water efficiency and comfort.

Keypad and Pathway Enhancements:

  • New Keypad System: We’ve upgraded to a modern keypad system with better security features, and we’ve added a protective pole to keep it safe from any damage.
  • Safety Pathway Poles: Extra poles have been added along the pathway to the trash area to help with navigation and safety.

Pool Area Improvements:

  • Men’s Door Replacement: The men’s restroom door by the pool has been updated for better access and safety.
  • Upgraded Exhaust Fans: We’ve improved ventilation in both the men’s and women’s restrooms, making it a fresher and more comfortable environment.
  • Nice Greenery Addition: We’ve planted lush greenery around the pool area fence, giving it a peaceful and inviting feel.

Main Hall Renovations:

  • Stylish Coffee Area Tile: The coffee area got a makeover with elegant new tiles, enhancing its look and durability.
  • Men’s Restroom Upgrade: We’ve replaced the urinal in the men’s restroom in the main hall for a cleaner and more efficient facility.

Laundry Room Improvements:

  • New Air Conditioning: We installed air conditioning in the laundry room to keep it cool while you do your laundry.
  • Comfortable New Furnishings: The laundry room now has cozy chairs and a new ironing board, making the whole experience more pleasant.

Landscaping Improvements:

  • Palm Tree Trimming: We’ve trimmed the palm trees to keep them healthy and looking great.
  • Tree Maintenance: Trees on the outside of the park have also been trimmed for a cleaner look.
  • AEP Collaboration: AEP will be helping us trim the trees along the fence line by the ditch.
