During the summer, we actively engaged in various enhancements within the community, focusing on both the addition and improvement of amenities throughout the area. Below is a detailed summary of our efforts:

• A new putting green was installed at the front of the Resort.
• Decorative plants were added under our sign.
• Palm trees were trimmed, along with an additional ten trees.
• Potholes throughout the Resort were repaired.
• New pool lounges were acquired for the pool area.
• Fresh pool noodles were purchased for use in the swimming pool.
• An outdoor shower was added to enhance convenience.
• Repairs were made to the men’s and women’s showers in the pool area.
• The pedestrian keypad was updated with a new replacement.
• A new hurricane fence was installed at the front of the resort and the dog area.
• The concrete slab and drainage system between the Main Hall and Card Hall were replaced.
• Enhanced lighting was added in front of the Main Hall and Gym.
• An air conditioning unit in both the Main Hall and Wood Shop was replaced.
• Over 1,500 feet of sewer line were replaced throughout the park.
• Ten electrical poles were replaced within the park.
• Repairs were conducted on two shuffleboard courts.
• Two toilets were replaced in the Main Hall and pool restroom.
• The carpet in the Main Hall stage was replaced.
• Paper towel and toilet paper dispensers were updated.
• Additional lighting was installed in the bull pen area.
• The roof of the maintenance shop was replaced.
• The laundry room was painted.

Vegetable truck will be in the park for the season every Friday starting today, November 1 at 2:30pm. It will park on Trinidad St. north of the shuffle court

Due to a leak within the park premises, we have temporarily ceased water services throughout the entire area. We anticipate that the necessary repairs will require several hours to complete. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We acknowledge the issue of low water pressure. We have communicated with the City of Weslaco, which has confirmed that the matter originates on their end. The City of Weslaco is actively addressing the water leak at this time.

Vegetable truck will be in the park for the season every Friday starting on November 1 at 2:30pm. It will park on Trinidad St. north of the shuffle court.

*Decorating Tables can be decorated starting at 9am Thursday (Halloween)

*There will be plates and forks provided

*Cold appetizer dishes can be put in the refrigerator, on Thursday

*Meet at hall at 5:30pm. Or at first house #1094 Durango

*Party at hall will start close to 7pm

*Entering the hall please STOP at the main table (in front of the kitchen counter) to pick up you raffle ticket and a suprise gift from the Dairy Queen.
