The Activity Room Reservation Request forms for the season of 2022-2023 are available. At this time residents will be able to pick them up at the Activity Office or Print one out from the Trails End Blog under the “Activity Forms and Process” tab.

*Please be advised, tampering with park property, including park equipment, is strictly prohibited.*

Since installation, we have had over a dozen instances of gate issues. While some of these can be attributed to weather, there have been a number of instances where tampering has clearly been the reason. This has caused unnecessary repair expense and time out of service. Please do not attempt to change speeds or sensitivity of the gate system. Any resident found tampering with park equipment will be billed a policy violation fee as well as for the expense of repair.

Please follow the instructions on the posted signage and wait patiently for the gate to open. Please do not use the oncoming lane to exit or enter through the gates. Residents are also responsible for the actions of their guests, visitors and contractors/caretakers, so please make sure they are aware of these policies as well.

As always, please report any equipment issues to the office. If the issue occurs after hours, please call the after hours number at 956-556-0040.

Please see the attached boil water notice, as required by TCEQ. This is related to the emergency water shut off.

We have an emergency water line brake. We had to shut off water to the park and will be back on at about 10am. Thank you for your patience while this repair is completed.

Hi folks!

Here are just a few reminders for those who are leaving for the off-season but maintain a permanent (year round) site in the park:

1. Please be sure to find someone to maintain your lawns and landscaping while you are gone. We recommend mowing at least twice monthly (or every other week) as rains have increased annually.
2. Those with rock yards (or partial rock accents) are also expected to maintain them year round. Spraying for weeds should be scheduled on a regular basis.
3. Heavy wind gusts and even hurricanes are always a threat in the summer. Please do not leave small or loose items outside or unsecured as these can become dangerous projectiles in the event of harsh weather.
4. The park will not be held responsible for property damage that is not reported in a timely manner. The burden of proof falls on the individual home or RV owner to give us the information that we need to hold others accountable, be it contractors or others in the park. Timeliness is vital to this process. In many of our communities, friends and neighbors (be it for pay or on a voluntary basis) often serve as property caretakers for others. This promotes community amongst residents and we encourage everyone in the community to help one another.

Your responsibility for your home and site does not end when you leave for the season. Please be considerate of your friends and neighbors who may have their homes for rent or for sale as well as the consideration for the general appearance of the park.

Please be advised, our local recyclers have notified us that they will no longer be accepting glass recyclables. Because of this we must suspend glass recycling at Trails End until further notice. Please dump your glass in the dumpsters for the time being. Thank you.
