The AC units in the public spaces have been left on a cold setting. Please do not drop the temperature in the buildings too low as this is causing freezes and extra wear and tear on the units.  Please set all temperatures to 75. Thank you.

Due to setting up the tables for Christmas Dinner, this week’s December 24, 2021 Happy Hour will be moved from the Main Hall to the Card Hall with a starting time of 3:30PM and a end time of 5:30PM.

If a contractor says they are having an issue with the new code , please ensure they are using # and not the *. This has been the number 1 reason for limited access for contractors . As a reminder, please limit access with this code . It is only meant for contractors. This should not be given to any friends, guests, family, or visitors. Each resident has their own 4-digit number for this (personal entry code).
