We have a change in the vaccination plan for this fall.

The vaccine clinic will be on site at Trails End September 1, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. This is available to all Trails End residents. This clinic will only administer the flu vaccine. Sign-ups for this can be found in the Main Officer or the Main Hall.

At the same time, the the administers will receive your copy of the vaccination information sheet. This will allow Walgreens to collect information needed for the other vaccinations that they will come back to administer. The vaccines offered will be for COVID-19, COVID-19 Booster if available, flu, pneumonia, whooping cough, and hepatitis A/B.
