Emergency Water Shut Off

The main water will need to be shut off immediately. It should not be off for more than an hour. Later this morning or early afternoon, we may need to shut it off again. I will send a message at that time, as well.

Thank you.

Landscaping, Gate Update

We will officially start using our landscaping contractor late next week. This is important to note for a couple of reasons. There will be an increase on landscaping work on a weekly basis. This service is designed to be limited to public spaces and RV lots only. Naturally, please be aware and use caution as you travel throughout the resort.

As a reminder, Encore does not provide regular landscaping services on rented lots. The service being provided by our contractor will be used to correct rented lots that have not been addressed by the resident. If this is done, the fee will be assessed to your account. As detailed in the policy, we will charge the resident the contractor’s cost +$50. We are doing this as there are too many renters to call individually. Please continue to schedule your regular maintenance for your lot with your vendor. Check with your vendor on the status of your yard maintenance to best avoid this fee.

As an additional update, I received confirmation we should have the entry gate project completed within the next two weeks. You may see contractors working at the main entrance within the next day or so. Please use caution as you drive through. We will have new remotes to issue to residents, but more information on this will come within the next week.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Brush Pickup Complete

We have completed post-storm brush pickup. We will not pickup brush again until the first Tuesday in June. Please continue to use the orange containers in the storage lot for brush disposal.

Thank you.

Pine Trees Complete

The tree cutting project has been completed. If you have brush, tomorrow will be the last day we will come by to pick it up. Please have it set out by lunch time. This will included any bagged needles/pine straw. Anything after tomorrow will need to be taken to the orange dumpsters. We will not be back to pick-up brush until June 1, our monthly scheduled time.

Thank you.

Pools and Trees

I originally thought we would have better news, but the pool and spa are still closed. We are working through an issue with the heater so we want to make sure it is running safely and “warmly.” Thank you for your patience.

Some good news, the Norfolk Pine tree project is moving along nicely. I have uploaded some pictures for your enjoyment. We will continue working for at least the next week or two. As a reminder, please use caution while traveling in the work zones.
